Bruce has worked across both private and public sector organisations in senior roles focussing on commercial, communications and general management. Bruce recently succeeded his father, a mechanical and electrical engineering expert who co-founded Airdri in 1974 with business partner and fellow engineer, Peter Allen.
As an experienced Human Resources professional, Emma ran her own Business Change and Development consultancy before joining Airdri in January 2015 where she now holds overall responsibility for the Airdri Group Corporate Services Team and all corporate services including supply chain, operations, quality, business planning, HR and IT.
Emma's key competencies include business analysis and strategy, business plan development, project planning, management and engagement and relationship building with a range of stakeholders.
Andrew joined Airdri in February 2015 to take up the position of Head of Finance. Andrew is responsible for management reporting for the Airdri group.
Having graduated from Loughborough University with a degree in economics with accountancy, Andrew brings with him a wealth of financial management experience primarily gained in the FMCG sector.
With considerable experience in engineering and electronics servicing, Sean has also worked extensively in the areas of quality and health and safety in the government, banking and technology sectors.
A member of the UK Chartered Quality Institute, Sean sits on the ISO 9001 Committee and has joined Airdri to manage programme delivery, technology and process development.
Steve Whittall joined Airdri as Group Director of Quality in October 2014 to implement and standardise Quality systems across The Airdri Group’s operations.
Graduating from Wednesbury Polytechnic in 1983 with a degree in Materials Science, Steve has since held many senior management roles in the aerospace, oil and gas, defence and manufacturing sectors. From 1989 to 2010 Steve held the position of General Manager for the Canadian division of Sercel, the world’s leading manufacturer of seismic equipment.
